Return and exchange policy
– All purchases (except swimwear, lingerie, briefs and accessories, final sale) may be returned to our US returns warehouse within 30 days of delivery date.
– Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging, with all contents of the packaging intact.
– Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
Purchase not eligible for return
-Ultimately- Accessories can only be returned if they are defective/damaged or incorrect.
– Items that do not meet these standards will not be considered for return.
How to return a product
Step 1: Click the “Track Order” function on the bottom menu of our homepage.
Step 2: Enter your email address and order number.
Step3: There is a “Return” button in the specific order. You will need to click on it to submit a return request and you will receive authorization and a return address via email within 48 hours.
NOTE: After submitting your return request online, you should email us a picture showing the problem/defect.
Quick refund
Most refunds are fully refunded within 7 days after we receive and process your return.

– Any address on the package is not approved as a return address.
– Return packages should be authorized.
– Any return request without authorization from customer service will not be entertained.
Order Cancellation
Your order will be fully refunded if it’s canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
